Playing with words and paint
I could do forever
Wherever
No matter how
It calms my wild
inner system down
Bringing sanity to my life
Bringing balance to those
substances in the brain
Serotonin and friends

I never want to loose
contact with the words
Or the paint again
But if I do…

If I one day step back into
that dark place of ”you know what”
Please remind me
To start playing
with the words and the paint again
Cause that will bring me back
To sanity
I am sure
