We have all been tested in our strength to endure the trials of awakening. Coming to terms with what was, letting go, and loving again diminishes the pain and suffering of the past. My heart is full , I can see light over the darkness and greet each day with live. It took me a long while to forgive and let go of it. That deep renewed breath feels wonderful.
