IN THE OCEAN I GO, TO LOSE MY MIND AND SAVE MY SOUL by DK Linda

As the molten-hued tide washes over me. I gaze down the path of serenity and follow it towards enlightenment.
Darkness encloses a ring of fire. I inhale the sultry air.
I choke briefly on the fumes of desire.
My mind darts frenetically, yet my feet adhere firmly in the mire.
The illumination intensifies.
The wind caresses my skin with a familiar scent through the strands of my wild, untamable hair.
The vitality confronts me with a rapidity and then just as quickly backs away- taking with it any sign that I was in fact here.
I exist in gratitude. In this moment.
I stand here feeling minuscule. Yet, the energy, the palpable symbiosis, fills my cellular core with a force to be reckoned with.
Right here, I am one with all, and therefore, I am as vast as the entire sky and sea and everything in this universe is within me.
