My Secret Garden is a place I’ve created for Me

It takes me out of my head you see, it’s a place surrounded by nature, beautiful plants and a small spa. I have learned on my journey to feel safe here in my creation of privacy.

Lay naked in the sun,  stay out of my head. Healing very deep wounds.  Very slowly.  I tell myself often, I’ve created a sanctuary, I am very greatful. I can do that now perhaps for the moment, I guess that is all
