“Love Exposed” by Jen curry

Taking photos.
Exposing ghost.
From another moment.
Recalling memory
of my most wonderful host…
Musing and mingling with time.
Who was the one without the pen?
Only camera in hand.
Thought, to be a close friend.
Hours spent seeing into
here and now
as it past with a click.
Captured and consumed in
light and shadows
of sun and shade so thick.
With the opening and closing
of aperture and change.
There is something that remains.
That can’t be seen
within the frame.
It was you! It was you!
So, picture perfect.
It was impossible
to interpret
with pen or camera
because my beloved you
are etched in mind
with love made from
earth and clay.
