Its been sabotaged

A long time now

U c its abandonment and rejection

Times 50 plus years

out of control

Reactions

That set me a path

Of destruction

For me and others in the path of my tornado of suspicion and  paranoia.

Not able to trust intentions

Of self or others

Its like living on thin ice

Always ending up in the drink!

Now im learning its

Time to turn it around

Reach out and trust

Those who are truth and love

Let go of old familiar ways that my brain controls.

Time to develop new pathways

Opening the door

To allow in new thoughts

New ways of changing my brain

Being aware of how im seeing my world and why.

 Now the journey begins!

Trusting that those who have my back

Are not my abusers not those who failed to care and nuture me

Let the scales fall from my eye

Now is the time to trust, pure, honest, loving intentions toward me and finding my true honest intention toward others
