Black and white shirt By Fiona GOODWIN

I’m wearing a shirt today That’s half black half white,
I don’t know how I feel About its ambivalence
It looks like I’m half of one thing
Half another
Of course I am
Half light half shadow
Half here half not.
Some days I take all of me
And shine the light
Other days,
In the land of dreams and bewilderment
I reimagine myself
Who knows what is true and what is meant!
