Sparrow in a hurricane By BJ Parks

She’s strong in a fragile sort of way
The wind pitches and tosses her around
Like a sparrow in a hurricane
She keeps her head down
Pushing against the wind
She dare not to spread her wings
For fear of being blown away again
She might give a little
But she will never quit
She finds the strength from deep down with in
You think she’s weak and plain
You see her as a sparrow in a hurricane
You see her as someone that will never take flight
I’m 100 percent certain of this one thing
This child is precious and divine
And a Warrior with wings
