I’VE GOT MY JUMPER ON BACKWARDS by Fiona Goodwin

The race you run is short and long,
The end is in sight,
It is possible for you to have more than you have,
To be more than you have been.

Today you put your jumper on backwards and you didn’t care,
That’s the beginning of winning.
You sit and write happily
With your jumper on all wrong,
The discomfort feels like,
The start of a new adventure,
I want to change the inside by something on the outside.
My jumper is on backwards -
I’m ready for the new.
