I didn’t sign up for this,
Or did I?
I’ve always wanted to watch endless television
But now I can, I’m not.
Something’s afoot.
There is cabbage in the fridge –
It needs cooking,
Kombucha to drink – It’s California,
I changed my country for the sunshine,
But I brought myself with me
So now I am just another version of myself
But with more vitamin D,
The biggest adventure is the one you can’t see,
The transformation of you and of me.
