I didn’t find you until later but it feels like I was with you from the start. In some way I think I was.

Shortly after your start I took part in the UK based ”Lesbian Visibility Week”. Thanks to that I joined the ”DIVA Community” on Facebook and through that I got someone calling herself A Very British Lesbian in my feed. I got curious and liked the AVBL Facebook page. I wondered what this could be all about. Never could I imagine what magic it would bring into my life. Time went by and mid June, the Universe made me stumble into my first Corona Live Poetry. I was hooked! And have joined most of them since.

Never ever would I have thought it would give me the sense of Belonging that I had been missing.

Never ever would I have thought it would give me such inspiration and a platform to take the massive growing and healing steps I have taken lately.

Never ever would I have thought I would start dreaming and having visions for the future, including plans of going to the USA one day soon – to meet amazing friends!

Never ever would I have thought I would share my vulnerability in a poetic form online. Or repeatedly share my tears in a workshop.

From the very depth of my heart and soul – Thank you Fiona! And Thank you to all the Fionians who were there from the start and got this authenticity party started!
